In line with its great white rums, HSE developed this rum from the distillation of pure sugar cane juice from the Verger and Coulon crus (parcellaires) of the Saint-Etienne house. The R570 cane variety, used for this exceptional rum, is also called "cane d'or" and gives an exceptional aromatic richness which is enhanced by resting in stainless steel for a year and a half.

TASTING NOTES

The nose opens with intense notes of exotic fruit, ripe cane and citrus fruits. On the palate, the warm and smooth attack will delight with its extraordinary complexity with aromas of blood orange and passion fruit.

Then the aromatic bouquet is enriched with floral notes and a touch of white pepper with notable elegance and length.
