In line with its vintage AOC Martinique white rum cuvées, HSE offers you to taste its new 2016 signature. This batch resulting from a rigorous selection of the most characteristic spirits of 2016, represents less than 1% of our annual production. Two long years of maturation in stainless steel, fermentation and slow reduction give this vintage

elegance and aromatic finesse.

TASTING NOTE

The nose opens with a perfect balance of notes of white flowers, honey, star anise and citrus fruits, delicately enhanced by a touch of white pepper. The mouth, with a fatty texture and a delicate attack, gradually intensifies to give full measure to the aftertaste. By mixing notes of orange blossom, white tea and eucalyptus a delicate harmony is created.
