Finishing: Barley malted and distilled twice, in a discontinuous way, through the use of pot still type copper stills

Tasting notes: Barley malt, red grapes, vanilla, oak, fruit tart on the nose. On the palate it is clean, creamy, with notes of black pepper, nutmeg, red fruit, dark chocolate, honey and vanilla. Medium persistence finish with notes of nutmeg, dark chocolate, spiced oak, raisins and blood orange.
