The timeless luxury of the White Spot. When it comes to pipes, Alfred Dunhill "The White Spot" represents the ultimate expression of British craftsmanship. Since 1910, every pipe that has left the London workshops is the result of a rigorous process: from the selection of the briar wood to the meticulous final checks. The iconic White Spot embedded on the mouthpiece is the seal of unparalleled quality, recognized and coveted by smokers worldwide.
Shell Briar: the original black sandblast. Created by Dunhill in 1917, the "Shell Briar" is the sandblasted finish that made history. Through a deep and accurate process, the softer part of the briar is removed, revealing a dark, hard, and incredibly fascinating three-dimensional texture. This craftsmanship is not just aesthetic: it significantly lightens the pipe and increases its heat dissipation surface, ensuring a cool and dry smoke.
Shape 4114: the dynamism of the Bent Dublin. This model stands out for the great elegance of its lines. The Dublin shape is characterized by the classic flared conical bowl, which in this "Bent" (curved) version gains even more dynamism and sinuosity. The initial "4" indicates excellent Group 4 capacity, perfect for long and satisfying smoking sessions. The curve makes it extremely balanced and comfortable to hold in the mouth, also thanks to the soft mouthpiece made of pure ebonite.
