The timeless luxury of the White Spot. When it comes to slow smoking, Alfred Dunhill "The White Spot" represents the absolute pinnacle of British craftsmanship. Since 1910, every pipe produced in London is the result of a rigorous process: from the seasoning of the purest briar wood to the meticulous final quality controls. The iconic White Spot embedded on the mouthpiece is the seal of a perfect smoke, recognized and admired by collectors worldwide.
Shell Briar: the original sandblast. Created by Dunhill back in 1917, the "Shell Briar" is the black sandblasted finish that made history. Through a deep and accurate process, the softer fibers of the briar are removed, revealing a three-dimensional texture, rough and incredibly fascinating. In addition to the aesthetic impact, this process significantly lightens the pipe and doubles the heat dispersion surface, ensuring a consistently cool smoke.
Shape 5220: the majesty of the Cherrywood. This model is the emblem of comfort. The Cherrywood shape is distinguished by a powerful cylindrical bowl cut sharply at the base, transforming the pipe into a perfect "sitter" capable of standing on its own on any flat surface. The initial "5" indicates the generous dimensions of Group 5, perfect for long and full-bodied smokes. The upward-angled shank and curved mouthpiece also ensure excellent balance even when held between the teeth.
