This recent form is taken from an ancient Castello line dating back to the 1980s. The "Pomo", recognizable by the number #26, is a truly practical pipe, which can accompany the smoker at any time of the day. The current shape, with a squat bowl, slightly curved round barrel and fishtail mouthpiece, is the one most similar to the original which was produced since 1948 by the hands of Carlo Scotti, in much smaller dimensions.
It is rather rare in the Castello production, however present in all the available finishes. The ordinary dimensions are those of a medium-sized pipe.
