The Art of Carved Briar: Pascucci Freehand PIII
This PIII (P3) grade Freehand is an example that perfectly embodies the excellence of Pesaro's high craftsmanship. Carved following the natural soul and grain of the briar block, this pipe is an authentic collector's item, intended for those who appreciate the beauty of briar when it is allowed to express itself in bold and asymmetrical forms.
The Prestige of PIII Grade
The P3 grade is the highest recognition in Mario Pascucci's production, reserved exclusively for those blanks that feature a vertical grain of rare density and perfection. In this creation, the grain wraps around the entire bowl, culminating in a majestic natural rim that retains the original briar crust (plateaux), offering a visual and tactile contrast of great charm.
Sitter Design: Aesthetics and Functionality
In addition to its undeniable beauty, this model was designed to be a "Sitter": the base is precisely carved to allow the pipe to rest in perfect balance on any flat surface. This feature makes it as practical as it is sculptural. The mouthpiece, made of precious black methacrylate, slims the overall silhouette, while ensuring a comfortable smoke.
