Pure Malt and Mizunara Oak Aging

This expression is a fine Pure Malt (pure malt whisky), enriched by the pure spring waters of Niigata. It is matured for three years in carefully selected ex-Bourbon barrels and finished in rare Japanese Mizunara oak casks. The latter gives the spirit a uniquely oriental character, blending notes of sandalwood, spiced cinnamon, and light hints of incense with a delicate, lingering smoke.
