The reward of waiting. The Demon's Share 12 Years "La Recompensa del Tiempo" is tangible proof of how time and patience can transform a spirit into a masterpiece. Produced in Panama using only high-quality sugar cane molasses, it is distilled in a column still using the continuous distillation method. .
Masterful aging: Unlike younger versions, this rum's complexity comes not from botanical infusions, but entirely from its long aging. The maturation lasts for at least 12 years in toasted American oak barrels with a capacity of 220 litres. It is during this long sleep that the distillate absorbs the sweet tannins of the wood, developing an exceptional aromatic depth and smoothness.

Al palato: Complex and structured. Notes of licorice, cinnamon, vanilla, rhubarb, artichoke, cocoa, citrus, and an elegant touch of toasted wood are evident.

Finale: The finish is sweet and long-lasting, with fascinating hints of coffee and cardamom.
Invecchiamento: Minimum 12 years in toasted American oak barrels (220 lt.).
Aspetto: It has a dark amber color with elegant mahogany reflections.
Consigli d'uso: A rum of this caliber deserves to be enjoyed neat, at room temperature, in a tulip glass. Splendid as a sipping rum, it pairs perfectly with full-bodied cigars or high-quality dark chocolate.
