Produced using only top quality sugar cane molasses, it is expertly distilled in a column still using the continuous distillation method. .
An aging without compromise: No infusion, just the slow and inexorable work of time and wood. The maturation takes place for at least 15 years in fine toasted oak barrels with a capacity of 220 litres. . During this decade and a half, the distillate (bottled at 43% vol. to enhance its structure ) acquires a dark mahogany color and an aromatic bouquet of unparalleled richness and depth .

Al palato: The palate is broad, rich, and structured. Flavors of candied citrus explode, followed by an intriguing hint of anise and black pepper.
Al naso: It immediately reveals itself as intense and fragrant. The dominant notes are fruit compote and fresh mandarin zest, accompanied by sweet hints of toffee and deep hints of tobacco.
Finale: An unforgettable farewell: the finish is incredibly soft, pleasantly spicy and very persistent.

Aspetto: It has a deep dark mahogany color, embellished with warm amber reflections.
