Description
Gin Macaja stands out for its unique aromatic profile, characterized by surprising savory notes of grilled mushrooms and grilled parsnip, enriched by hints of Alpine breeze, coriander and pine. Its aromatic complexity is fully expressed on the palate, where it spreads harmoniously without harshness. A warm and sensual gin, ideal to be enjoyed on the rocks or very cold in a Martini.
The Botanicals
This gin is a tribute to the biodiversity of our territory: a rare combination of botanicals carefully selected to create a distillate with an unmistakable aroma. The journey for their collection winds between Piedmont and Liguria, along the historic Via del Sale , which connects the Piedmontese and French Alps to the Ligurian Sea.
During this journey we have chosen the botanicals that give uniqueness to our gin. Arriving at the sea, we were inspired by the freshness of citrus fruits: chinotto, Pernambuco oranges and Gavenola lemons complete the recipe, giving a Mediterranean and lively note.
