Dark Rum – Sherry Finished
This dark rum is made from a careful selection of aged rums from different parts of the Caribbean, which are initially aged in Bourbon, Port and Sherry casks. The rum is then further aged in Spanish Oloroso Sherry casks, which gives it an unrivalled smoothness and complexity. Oloroso, which means "fragrant" in Spanish, is typically a drier but also darker and more characterful sherry than other types of sherry. Ageing in these casks gives the rum a rum ona distinctive flavors of dried fruit and spices.
