The Olea Excelsa line is a tribute to nature and alternative woods: abandoning the classic briar for a moment, Paronelli explores the exceptional qualities of olive wood, offering smokers tools with Mediterranean charm and surprising performance.

The charm and sweetness of Olive Wood. The bowl of this impressive pipe is made entirely of precious olive wood. This essence is highly prized by connoisseurs for two main reasons: aesthetically, it offers spectacular and unique golden grain; technically, being tannin-free, it infuses the blend with a natural and unmistakable sweetness from the very first smokes, without requiring long break-in periods.

Massive Author Shape and sandblasted finish. The chosen design is a majestic Semi-Bent Author, characterized by a wide and flattened bowl and a shank with decidedly "muscular" proportions. This architecture ensures very thick walls, ideal for dissipating heat and keeping the smoke cool. The aesthetic work plays on contrasts: a deep dark sandblasting enhances the tactile three-dimensionality of the wood, while the rim (upper edge of the bowl) and the bottom are left smooth and natural, showcasing the wonderful golden grain of the olive wood.
