The Talamona brand was born in the 1970s, the result of the work of Cesare Talamona, a renowned craftsman from Oltrona (VA) who helped make the craftsmanship of Lake Varese known worldwide with his "Pipatt." Talamona immediately established itself as a brand abroad for its creativity and the generous dimensions of its pipes.
Once Cesare retired from the market at the venerable age of 85, not wanting his work of "high Italian craftsmanship" to cease, he decided to entrust everything to Paolo Croci, who purchased the brand in 2007 and began limited production of pieces in 2010, respecting Cesare Talamona's wishes.
Even today, the pipes are of high quality, entirely handmade, and generously sized. In Talamona pipes, Paolo's flair and creative hand are always recognizable.
As it was for Cesare, so it is for Paolo: "every pipe has a soul and whoever buys it finds themselves."
