The "Harvest" canister is a mesmerizing visual feat, encompassing darkly magical scenes of the rich and abundant flora and fauna found on Sugarland Island and against the mystical backdrop of Mount Kanlaon, which soars 2435m high.
The Pahiyas Festival takes place every May and transforms the small towns of Quezon Province from the ordinary to the extraordinary. Originally a pagan harvest festival, now commemorated in honor of San Isidro Labrador, the patron saint of farmers and day laborers.
The holiday is deeply rooted in the townspeople's traditional celebration of thanksgiving for a bountiful harvest. Decorations called "Kiping", multicolored leaf-shaped rice dough wafers, are used to decorate the facades of houses together with the fruits and flowers of nature.

Dark amber color, of great brightness, the nose opens up an explosion of aromas ranging from vanilla berries to citrus peel, then sweeter tones of mango and coconut, combined with slightly smoky tones of candy and creme brulée. Round, rich, warm taste, reminiscent of candied tropical fruit and vanilla cream without ever being cloying because, secondly, comes the freshness of the lime. The finish is long and crackling, from which raisins and dates also emerge, together with an echo of toasted wood.
