Grappa of Cartizze

Vines of Moscato and Cartizze blend of grappas obtained from the pomace of Moscato dei Colli Euganei and Cartizze di Valdobbiadene Copper alembic, discontinuous cycle with low pressure direct steam Pomace: Moscato dei Colli Euganei and Cartizze di Valdobbiadene Young grappa, obtained from a blend after the separate distillation of the Moscato and Cartizze marcs. It has intense floral and white-fleshed fruit aromas, soft on the palate and rich in varietal aromas, with a long and pleasant persistence.
