Rum distilled for 3% in alembic and 70% in column in 2014 and bottled in September 2022. Aged with the Solera method in ex-Bourbon barrels, ex-Bourbon toasted casks e ex-Sherry casks .

Tasting notes: the nose has strong hints of vanilla, coconut, oak and honey. . In the mouth the notes heard on the nose are replicated . The finish is long with the persistence of vanilla, oak and a hint of caramel.
