Premium 135-litre ex-bourbon barrels are used, sealed with dried local plane tree leaves to reduce evaporation in the barrel by 50%, which stabilizes annually at 6%. It is a rum free from sugar, caramel, artificial ingredients and accelerants. It is distilled with the continuous multicolumn method according to the Spanish tradition, up to 5 times, with 100% renewable energy. All stages of the production process have been supervised by the same family since 1890. We speak of "5 Star Authenticity". HOW I DRINK IT To be enjoyed neat or with crystal clear ice cube and orange zest. FOCUS It has been aged at the base of the San Cristobal volcano since 1890. It is striking for its fullness, elegance and complexity given by almost two decades spent in barrels before being bottled.
