This spirit is a work of art handcrafted by Master Blender Mr. Usami.

Precious Aging in Mizunara Oak

This exceptional blend, composed of 50% malt and 50% grain, matures initially in ex-Sherry and ex-Bourbon casks. The master's touch comes with the final aging (finish), carried out in very precious Japanese Mizunara oak barrels. The result is a dynamic explosion of flavors on the palate, while maintaining an incredibly smooth and persuasive drinkability. It is a natural product, non-chill filtered and with no added coloring.

Tasting Notes

• Nose: An inviting bouquet that ranges from butter to coconut candy, with fresh notes of mint, grass, and wood. Hints of toasted nuts, candied pear, and honeysuckle also emerge.

• Palate: Smooth and slightly oily. The entry is marked by black pepper and cloves, which immediately give way to ripe citrus, baked apples, a touch of oriental incense, butter, and vanilla.

• Finish: Long, smooth, and persuasive, with elegant hints of sandalwood and vanilla.
