Alembic: in copper, discontinuous cycle with low pressure direct steam Pomace: Corvina and Rondinella della Valpolicella Aging: over 18 months in oak barrels Aged Grappa, yellow amber in color given by resting in wood. Rich in hints of tobacco and spices, with notes of vanilla, pepper and dried fruit; frank and harmonious, with a long and pleasant persistence.
