The C-PIPE brand was founded in Shanghai in 2012 by Wilson Wang, a pioneer who ran China’s first pipe-making atelier, hosting some of the most celebrated Danish and Italian artisans. Freehand Shape and Medium/Large Size

Classified as a Group 6, this is a medium-to-large pipe, ideal for anyone looking for a generously sized piece that feels balanced in the hand. Its design defies rigid traditional classifications, embracing a spectacular, asymmetrical Freehand shape that vaguely recalls the curves of a flower or a horn.

The Magic of the “Double Face”

The real stroke of genius behind this model is the contrasting finish that divides the pipe exactly in half, revealing its “double face”:

• The right side is highlighted by a smooth, glossy finish, showcasing light briar enhanced by dense vertical flame grain.

• The left side and the base, by contrast, feature a deep, tactile dark sandblast, handcrafted to bring out the wood’s rugged texture.

The contrast continues masterfully around the rim, where a smooth, golden inner ring is encircled by a black sandblasted band.

Saddle Spigot Mouthpiece

Completing this sculpture is an elegant black mouthpiece with a saddle design, accented at the base by a large, striking flared disc (spigot style). The tenon is designed for a classic, filterless smoke.
