Distillation: 2010 with continuous method in steel column. Aged 12 years in ex-Bourbon barrels from the first to the third use. Finish of 30 days in barrels that have contained coffee liqueur.
Appearance: amber color tending towards copper
On the nose: milk chocolate, sweet spices, eucalyptus, toasted wood, coffee, vanilla, dates, maple syrup and brown sugar.
On the palate: roasted coffee, wood, dried spices.
Finish: persistent and pleasant
A complex product but at the same time suitable for a wide audience. It is aged for 8 years in the Coloma company at 1700 meters above sea level.
OLFACTORY EXAMINATION: cocoa and coffee.
TASTE: vanilla, and almond. The finish is soft and persistent.
