The dark side of excellence. The Demon's Share 6 Years "La Reserva del Diablo" represents a fascinating and mature evolution of the Panamanian tradition. Artisanally produced from premium sugarcane molasses, it is patiently distilled in a column still using a continuous distillation method to ensure the utmost purity of the base product.
Extended aging and infusion: The deep and complex character of this Riserva comes from its long maturation. The spirit matures for at least six years in 220-liter toasted American oak barrels, absorbing the wood's precious notes. Completing the blend is a skillful botanical infusion of orange peel and soft vanilla beans, which rounds out the aromatic profile and gives it an unmistakable elegance.
